Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

20% charge of the total package cost on booking amendment or plan change.

30% cancellation charge applicable after confirmation or hotel voucher issuance.

Cancellations made 45 days before departure: 30% of package cost chargeable.

Cancellations made 35 to 44 days before departure: 40% of package cost chargeable.

Cancellations made 22 to 34 days before departure: 50% of package cost chargeable.

100% chargeable of total package cost if cancelled 14 to 21 days before departure.

No flexibility in travel plan during the journey.

Train and flight ticket cancellation charges will be applicable as per Indian Railway or airline rules.
Refunds will be processed only after receiving refunds from the respective service provider.

No cancellation or refund will be made in case of bad weather, landslide, natural disaster,
terrorism, or situations beyond the control of Hims Beyond Imaginations.
However, we will try our best to assist you in every possible way.

Cancellation and other policies may vary as per hotel or company rules.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.

Any amendment in the original booking must also be updated through email.

No refund will be provided in case of pandemic or virus outbreak.
However, travel dates may be adjusted for future bookings.

Advance booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
INSURANCE
Travel insurance is offered only on customer request and is covered by third-party providers.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per policy.
REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION
Refunds after cancellation may take up to 14 working days from the cancellation date.
Railway, Airline, or Volvo ticket refunds will be processed only after receiving refunds
from the respective service provider.
