TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability. Check-in and check-out timings will be applicable as per hotel policy.
  • Rooms are subject to availability. No reservation has been made until final confirmation. This quotation is only an offer.
  • Meal timings must be followed as per hotel schedule. No refund will be provided for unavailed meals.
  • Guests are requested to carry valid identity proof with photograph during hotel check-in and travel.
  • Early check-in and late check-out charges must be settled directly with the hotel.
  • If original hotels are unavailable, Hims Beyond Imaginations may provide equivalent or alternative hotels.
  • Hims Beyond Imaginations does not charge any hidden fees except personal expenses, lunch, or additional activities.
  • If any person asks for extra money during the journey, kindly inform our team immediately. We are not responsible for payments made without our approval.
  • No refund will be provided for unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation, sightseeing, bad weather, roadblocks, strikes, illness, or any natural calamity.
  • Before confirming your booking, kindly check hotel reviews and services online personally.
  • If you face any issue regarding hotel or transport during the trip, contact your tour executive immediately for quick resolution.
  • Complaints raised after completion of the tour may not be entertained.
  • Buffet meals and room services will be provided according to hotel policy. Unused services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • No discount will be provided after package confirmation.
  • Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
  • Kindly read all Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. Once booking is confirmed, you automatically agree to all terms.
